21 Day Balance & Strength Challenge

Better balance and a stronger body in 21 days!

Start date: Monday, October 3rd 2022

Frequency: 5 workouts a week + 2 recovery days.

Required:

Chair or couch to sit.

Chair or Stool for balance.

Empty wall

Optional: Light dumbbells (2 to 5 lbs), or water bottles, or cans.

Details:

This challenge is all about improving your balance and strength. Our goal is to build strength, mobility, and flexibility to move and feel better. It seems basic, but we often neglect the little things. As the saying goes, if you don't use it, you lose it... but nothing to worry about, it's never too late to get it back! You totally got this!

The challenge plan will be emailed to you on Monday, October 3rd so you can follow along. There will be a weekly group coaching call Tuesdays @10AM (10/4, 10/11, 10/18).
