This challenge is designed to help beginners establish a fitness routine and build momentum towards a healthier lifestyle.
Start Date: Monday, March 13th
Frequency: 5 workouts a week + 2 recovery days.
Chair or couch to sit.
Chair or Stool for balance
Optional: Light dumbbells (2 to 5 lbs), or water bottles, or cans.
This challenge is all about helping you improve your fitness by building your stamina and strength. The challenge plan will be emailed to you on Monday, March 13th so you can follow along. There will be a weekly group coaching call on Tuesdays @10AM (3/14, 3/20*, 3/28).
