Improve your fitness before Thanksgiving and Christmas!
Start date: Monday, October 31st 2022
Frequency: 5 workouts a week + 2 recovery days.
Chair or couch to sit.
Chair or Stool for balance.
Optional: Light dumbbells (2 to 5 lbs), or water bottles, or cans.
This challenge is all about improving your stamina, strength, and overall fitness before the holiday season. Our goal is to improve our fitness heading into the the holiday season so we don't backslide or fall back into bad habits. As the saying goes, if you don't use it, you lose it... but nothing to worry about, you totally got this!
The challenge plan will be emailed to you on Monday, October 31st so you can follow along. There will be a weekly group coaching call Tuesdays @10AM (11/1, 11/8, and 11/15).
