Here's what you'll get with the 5 Day Habit Builder Challenge:

This 5 day challenge will take place 5/23 - 5/27 (Monday - Friday) with daily meetings @3:00 PM PST.
Each day you will have a group coaching call @3pm with Christian to learn, ask questions, and develop a personalized exercise plan. When the challenge is over you'll know exactly what to do and have a plan for the future.
If you can't make the coaching call in-person, you will get a recording along with instructions so you don't miss a thing. In addition to the group coaching calls, you will also have priority access to Christian to ask questions, get advice, and further instruction so you always know what to do.
