Next Program Session Start Date: January 9th, 2022

Includes:

8 Weight Loss Classes — Daily 1 hour group Zoom coaching (Monday-Thursday) with our behavioral health educators who will help you get back on track with your weight loss; scheduled at a specific time each day (9am or 7:30pm) for two weeks.

• Access to purchase 4-5 Meal Replacement Packets per day

• Special Weight Management Tips directly from Dr. Hernried  

You'll consume 1,000 calories per day for 14 days, using 5 meal replacements OR 4 meal replacements plus a small grocery meal of lean protein and non-starchy vegetables.  We'll guide you through the whole process. The RESET will help you remove cravings and bring back healthy lifestyle skills.
