10 Minutes of Physical Activity a Day for 21 Days!
Start date: Monday, February 13th
Frequency: 7 days a week
Chair or couch to sit.
Chair or Stool for balance.
Optional: Light dumbbells (2 to 5 lbs), or water bottles, or cans.
This challenge is all about building the habit of regular exercise and improving your physical fitness. Our goal is to move 10 minutes a day for 21 days. This challenge is a great place to start if you're looking for motivation and accountability to reach your health and fitness goals.
The challenge plan will be emailed to you on Monday, February 13th so you can follow along. There will be a weekly group coaching call Tuesdays @10AM (2/14, 2/21, and 2/28).
